From 6 July 2026, Council is introducing our Food and Garden Organics (FOGO) Service. When FOGO is introduced, food scraps must be placed in your green bin instead of your red bin.
With this change, your green FOGO bin will be collected weekly and your red general rubbish bin will be collected fortnightly.
The easiest way to keep up to date with your bin schedule is to download the Baw Baw Waste App.

1. Find your bin collection day and bin collection area by going online and typing in your address in the Near Me section of Council's website or by following one of the other five options above.
