Development Contributions Plan Levy (DCP)
The Development Contributions Plan (DCP) Levy is a one-off payment that must be paid to Council before obtaining a Building Permit.
Developers must submit the Developer Contribution Levy Payment Advice Form with their payment at one of our Customer Service Centres.
After the levy has been paid, you'll be provided with a receipt to provide to your building surveyor as evidence, they can then proceed with your building permit.
To start your DCP payment process, fill out this online application form. Our planning team will then contact you with a payment link.
