Parenting Support Groups

Baw Baw Shire Council provides supported playgroup and parenting groups for parents of young children.

Play Matters Supported Playgroup

This playgroup is supported by a facilitator and provides opportunities for children to experience a range of play options. Families are supported and encouraged to link into other relevant services and supports.

This is an initiative funded by the Victorian government that aims to engage families to provide quality play opportunities for children at a critical time in their development.

Attendance at Play Matters is by referral.
