Council currently operates advisory committees in various areas of its business, which are formally established through Council resolution, with a terms of reference and formal appointments of members.
An advisory committee of Council that works in collaboration with Council’s Cultural Development Officer and Arts and Culture Manager.
The Audit and Risk Committee is a Committee established by Council for the purposes of the Local Government Act 2020. The Committees role is to provide appropriate advice and recommendations on matters relevant to its Charter in order to facilitate decision making by Council in relation to the discharge of its responsibilities.
