Warragul and Drouin Design Guidelines Council is developing guidelines that will define the preferred neighbourhood character of all residential land in Drouin and Warragul.
Yarragon Township Plan The Yarragon Township Plan will provide a long-term strategic vision for Yarragon. The Plan will consider land uses, town character, connectivity, natural environment and public spaces. It will also include an Urban Design Framework to guide development in the town centre, acknowledging the established ‘village’ feel.
Longwarry Structure Plan The Longwarry Structure Plan provides a long-term strategic vision to guide future development, land uses, open space areas, infrastructure, better connectivity, seek resolution to flooding issues and define the preferred direction for future growth and how change will be managed.
Baw Baw Heritage Study The Baw Baw Heritage Study is a shire-wide study that was undertaken to identify places and things that have Heritage value, and to review the 1991 City of Warragul Heritage Study.
Native Vegetation Offset Scheme Residents that require native vegetation offsets are able to purchase these offsets through the Native Vegetation Offset Scheme (NVOS).
