To pay your Animal Registration Renewal you need to enter the Animal Number. The Animal Number is located on your Animal Registration Renewal Notice. Do not mistakenly use the tag number.

Please note:

• Ensure that the Animal Number entered is the same as that listed on your notice. Council will not be responsible for incorrectly entered information.

If you are not renewing registration please complete the details on the rear of the notice and return to the Council in person or by mail.

We currently offer online payments for the following permit/application fees and invoices:

• Health registrations and renewals
• Local law permits
• Fire prevention invoice
• Public open space contributions
• Pool/spa non-compliance
• Building POPE
• Planning permit invoices
• Development Contributions Plan Levy

To pay the fee for your permit/application fees and invoice you need to enter your Reference Number. The Reference Number is located on the bottom of the Application Form.
Please Note:

• Your Application will not be complete until your signed form has been received and payment confirmed by Council.
• If any details on the application form are incorrect please correct the information on the form and return the entire notice together with payment receipt details to the Council in person or by mail.
• Ensure that the Reference Number entered is the same as that listed on your application form. Council will not be responsible for incorrectly entered information.

To pay your debtor account you will need the Account Number. The Account Number is located on your Tax Invoice/Statement. Please refer to the sample tax invoice/statement to locate the Account Number.

To pay, enter the Account Number and this will show all outstanding invoices for this account.

Alternatively, if you wish to pay a single invoice, enter the Account Number and Reference Number together.

To pay an infringement notice your will need your infringement or ticket number.

Please note:

• Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the issue date of your infringement before making an online payment.
• Infringement Notices past the Due Date cannot be paid online as additional charges may have been incurred. Please contact Baw Baw Shire Council.
• Ensure that the Infringement/Ticket Number entered is the same as that listed on your notice. Council will not be responsible for incorrectly entered information.

To pay your Rates Notice you need to enter your Council Bill Number. This Council Bill Number is located on your Rates Notice and uniquely identifies your rates payment.
