Unsightly Premises

Residents are not permitted to allow their premises or property to become dangerous, unsightly or detrimental to the amenity of the neighbourhood under the Community Local Law 2024.

This includes, but not limited:

• Disused excavation
• Unconstrained rubbish, litter, waste material or any stockpile that adversely affects the amenity of the land or neighbourhood
• Dead, diseased or dying vegetation
• Growth of vegetation and undergrowth exceeding a height of 300 millimetres
• Second-hand materials, scrap metal, building materials or building refuse
• Derelict vehicles and machinery, or vehicle - or machinery parts
• Graffiti on exterior walls of building or fences.
