Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 & 116 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) that it intends to create a water supply easement over the part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 12249 folio 107 (PS825162X), known as Weeber Road, Drouin VIC 3818 as shown on the plan below (Easement).
The proposal is that the Easement be created in favour of Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation.
