Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) gives notice under section 114(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) that it intends to create a water supply easement over the part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 08052 folio 674 (TP482055T), known as 3 Edward Crescent, Trafalgar VIC 3824 as shown on the plan below (Easement).
The proposal is that the Easement be created in favour of Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation, with compensation being $1 on demand.
