Baw Baw Shire Council will hold a Confidential Council Meeting on Wednesday 26 March 2025 at 12:45pm. This meeting is closed to the public.
One matter being considered is confidential pursuant to Section 66 of the Local Government Act 2020 on the grounds that it involves confidential Council business information, being information that would prejudice the Council's position in commercial negotiations if prematurely released.
The second matter is closed to public pursuant to Section 66 (2) of the Local Government Act 2020 on the grounds that it involves personal information, being information which if released would result in the unreasonable disclosure of information about any person or their personal affairs.
The Ordinary Council Meeting will commence at 1:00pm.
