Event Equipment and Trailer Hire

Unload a world of possibilities at your next community event!

Our Events Trailer and other useful resources are available for hire by Baw Baw Shire based not-for-profit organisations for their community event.

A refundable bond payment of $250 per hire applies to all equipment. A non-refundable hire fee of $75 incl. GST per item applies to some equipment. 

Bond and hire fee payments can be made either in cash or credit card/EFTPOS. All refunds of bonds will be processed by External Funds Transfer or card refund.

To hire event equipment, please complete the Event Equipment Booking Form and we will be in touch to discuss your requirements and availability of the equipment. Hire is subject to eligibility and availability.
