On Monday 27 July 2026 at 2pm AEST, a test Critical Alert will be sent to all compatible mobile devices in Australia.The alert will override 'silent' and 'do not disturb' device settings. It will appear like a system notification on screens and make a loud siren sound for 10 seconds.
