Baw Baw Shire has a number of community venues which are available for casual hire and are suitable for a range of functions and events.

Council’s new online booking platform, Bookable, is uniquely designed to view, hire and managing bookings for events, meetings and more in Baw Baw Shire.

Booking Requirements:

  • All hirers are required to provide Public Liability Insurance or purchase Council's Community Liability Pack (where eligible) for all bookings at Council facilities
  • A minimum of 7 days notice is required for all bookings to allow for key distribution and venue maintenance
