Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) acting under Section 206 and Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Vic) hereby gives notice of its decision to discontinue the sections of the roads shown as R and BR on title plan TP586666H, with road R being the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 04229 Folio 641.
The road R and road BR is shown below hatched, located at Civic Park and running between Albert Street and Civic Place, Warragul.
The roads comprise unused paper roads which are located under existing Civic Park infrastructure. The land comprising the road discontinuance is to be used as part of a new Council community building forming part of the Baw Baw Culture and Connection Precinct project.
