NOTICE OF ACQUISITION - COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF INTEREST IN LAND
Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) declares that by this notice it acquires the following interest in the land described as:
All interests in part of the land situated at and known as 7 Tarwin Street, Warragul, Victoria 3820 more particularly described as Lot 1 on Title Plan 811624N contained in Certificate of Title Volume 11968 Folio 732, which is shown as Road R-1 on the Proposed Road Acquisition Plan surveyor's ref 2100563.
Interests Acquired: That of Christian Family Church Warragul and District Inc (ABN 40 270 425 848) (Registered Proprietor) and all other interests.
The acquisition is made pursuant to section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic) for the purpose of road construction.
A notice of intention to acquire the interest in the land was served on 20 January 2025.
