NOTICE OF ACQUISITION - COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF INTEREST IN LAND
The Baw Baw Shire Council declares that by this notice it acquires the following interest in the land described as:
All interests in part of the land situated at and known as 41 Sutton Street, Warragul, Victoria 3820 more particularly described as Lot 1 on Title Plan 846624D contained in Certificate of Title Volume 09624 Folio 725, which is shown as Areas 2 and 4 on the proposed Title Plan surveyor's ref 21803.
Interests Acquired: That of Warragul Country Club Inc (ABN 81 927 332 679) (Registered Proprietor)and all other interests.
The acquisition is made pursuant to section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic) for the purpose of road construction.
A notice of intention to acquire the interest in the land was served on 20 January 2025.
