In accordance with section 11(1) of the Road Management Act 2004 (the Act), Baw Baw Shire Council gives notice that it declares Echoglen Street, known as 19A Dodemaides Road, Trafalgar (1245 square metres) as shown crosshatched on the plan below, being the land in Certificate of Title Volume 8850 Folio 806, to be a road for the purposes of the Act.
This is on the basis that Council is the registered proprietor of the road, as required by section 11(1)(a) of the Act.
