Baw Baw Shire Council will partner with Mindfull Aus to deliver this important community event which will focus on connecting to others, improving personal wellbeing, and supporting people around you. Matt Runnalls (Mindfull Aus) MC with keynote speakers - Andy Finestone OAM. and Will Paul

The event aims to:

• Offer a space for the community to engage with expert speakers and passionate advocates, well versed in mind and behavioural health, 

• Provide practical tools to improve mental health, relationships, and emotional resilience,

• Create a sense of unity and empowerment among local residents.

This event is for Adults, 18+ only.
