* If the event is held on Council land, you need to submit an event application 2 months prior to the event. If the event is held on private or Crown land, you do not need to submit an event application, however you may require other permits from Council. Contact the Events Officer on 5624 2497 to find out.

Public Liability Insurance: Organisers of events held on Council land or at its facilities, including roads, must hold public liability insurance policy for a minimum value of $10 million for the event. A copy of the Certificate of Currency must be submitted to Council with the event application.
