What does the amendment do?
The site-specific amendment replaces an interim heritage control by applying a permanent heritage overlay (HO354) onto part of the land at 245 Main South Road, Drouin.
The heritage overlay is to protect an individual heritage place of local significance known as ‘The Hollies’.
The Amendment also inserts the associated statement of significance into the planning scheme as an incorporated document.
During the public exhibition period the the amendment documents will be available for inspection at:
Drouin Civic Centre
33 Young Street
The documents are also available on the Department of Land, Water and Planning website.
