Tween and Teen Yoga

State of the Art Murals Workshop - Introduction to Aerosol Art

Yin Yoga & Meditation
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative style. You hold poses for 2-5 minutes and working deeply on the flexibility of both muscles and muscle attachments. We often use props, such as bolsters, pillows and blankets to support our body to move deeper into the postures.
This is a beautiful opportunity to slow right down and breathe deeply, particularly if you lead a busy and fast paced life. Balancing out our Yin and Yang elements are very important for leading a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
