By the end of the class, students will have completed an artwork ready to take home in an archival quality matt frame.

When making collaged artworks, there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ ways to work. We will cut, rip, tear, stick and paste to create our works. Images from magazines will be taken apart and pieced back together and we will look at the work of historical artists as well as contemporary artists using collage to create their images.

You may wish to bring along collage elements or photos that can be cut up and used, but all materials will be provided.
