Baw Baw Shire Council’s Education Sponsorship aims to encourage students in Year 9 and over (or aged between 15 -21 years) in their preferred education pathway by supporting local education providers with an opportunity to recognise and acknowledge attributes and effort.

Education Sponsorship is a stream of Council’s Community Financial Assistance Program that has invested over $630,000 in 2018/19.  It supports local secondary- and pathway-education providers to recognise and financially award students who meet the eligibility criteria.
