The Draft Asset Plan outlines how Council intends to invest in its infrastructure assets to meet the the long-term objectives set out in the Community Vision(PDF, 1MB) and Council Plan(PDF, 6MB).

Alongside the Long-Term Financial Plan(PDF, 682KB), Long-Term Infrastructure Plan(PDF, 18MB) and Strategic Service Plan, the Draft Asset Plan(PDF, 5MB) forms part of Council's key strategic documents.

Council sought feedback on the content of the Draft Asset Plan, its alignment with Council's Community Vision, Council Plan, as well as key strategic documents (Long-Term Financial Plan and Long-Term Infrastructure Plan) and any areas of interest that needed further elaboration.

Council's adoption of the Asset Plan will be the final requirement in the implementation of the Local Government Act 2020 and must be adopted by 30 June 2022.

Community consultation closed on Monday 2 May 2022.
