Baw Baw Shire Council is increasing its transparency and community engagement by holding open community briefings. 

Traditionally, briefings are held regularly to ensure that Councillors are well informed and in the best possible position to debate matters effectively at Council Meetings. 

Next briefing

The next Open Community Briefing will be held on Wednesday 8 April 2020 via live-steam, commencing from 3.00pm.

The purpose of this Open Community Briefing is to brief Council and the Community on the development of the Drouin Township Plan. The draft plan will be brought to Council on 22 April to seek approval to place the draft on public exhibition. 

Members of the public are welcome to watch the live-stream and a recording will be made available following the meeting. 

A reminder that in response to COVID-19, Council Meetings are closed to the general public at this time.

The Ordinary Council Meeting will be live streamed commencing at 5:30pm.
