Agenda and Minutes
The agenda and minutes for each Council meeting are published in the table below by close of business on the Friday prior to the meeting. The agenda packet is made up of the reports and attachments prepared by staff that give consideration to items being deliberated by Councillors at the meeting.
The outcome of the Council meeting is reported in the draft Council meeting minutes, which are published in the table below by close of business on the Friday following the Council meeting. Minutes of Council meetings are confirmed at the next meeting of Council.
The video recording will also be published by close of business on the Friday following the meeting.
The table below shows upcoming meetings, including links to view agendas and related attachments. To view the full agenda, select the agenda packet from the dropdown list next to the meeting date.
