Property Enquiry Application Form

A Property Enquiry Application Form(DOCX, 17KB) is required when requesting information on a property, such as rates and charges.

To submit a Property Enquiry Application, complete the form and forward to Council with payment. Urgent applications are processed within 24 hours of receipt and Standard applications are processed within 3 business days.

The Certificate cannot be processed until the fee is paid. Payment can be made via credit card, cheque or cash at a Baw Baw Shire Customer Service Centre.
