Paying Your Rates

Early Bird Incentive - By paying the lump sum amount by 28th September 2012, you automatically enter the draw for a $1000 prize.

Online - pay your installment or full payment by clicking the online payments link or by visiting www.postbillpay.com.au

Telephone - call 13 18 16 (for the cost of a local call, calls from mobile phones will be charged at mobile phone rates) to pay your rates using Post Billpay. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using Mastercard, Bankcard and Visa.

BPay – call your bank and arrange connection. Once connected, you can pay your rates from your nominated account.

Direct Debit - now available for payment by installments and fortnightly payments only. Please contact the Council for further details.

At any post office during business hours - you must present your rate notice intact when paying as it is bar coded for post office processing. The post office will accept cash, cheques, money orders, credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa accepted) and EFTPOS. Please note- If making a late payment at the post office it is advisable to contact the Council for confirmation of outstanding amount.

At any Baw Baw Shire Customer Service Centre -
33 Young Street, Drouin between 9.00am and 5.00pm

107 Princes Highway, Trafalgar between 9.00am and 12.30pm, and 1.15pm and 3.00pm; and

Shop 1/61 Smith Street, Warragul between 8.30am and 5.00pm.

Payment can be made using cash, cheque, money order, Direct Debit, EFTPOS and credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa accepted).
