Community Development Grants
Baw Baw Shire Council supports community and volunteer groups is through an annual Community Development Grants (CDG) program.
Grants are offered to non-profit organisations, groups and associations to assist with projects, programs, equipment or events that contribute to the community.
When the program is open, applications are sought which reflect the community vision and priorities, will contribute to the creation of stronger communities and enhanced participation, will provide benefits to the community and contribute to its development.
- Special Events (maximum of $3,000 per application)
- Community Programs (maximum $5,000 per application)
- Minor Capital Works (minimum $2,000, maximum $20,000 per application)
- Environment Programs (maximum $2,000 per application)

Council Officers will also be available by appointment for guidance and support in submitting your application.
