National Tree Day: Planting in Brooker Park, Warragul
Baw Baw Shire Council is hosting a National Tree Day activity in Brooker Park, Warragul. This is an important location as it runs along Hazel Creek and provides habitat for several threatened species.
We are aiming to revegetate the area to improve habitat, water quality and to increase biodiversity. This planting will add to the revegetation works undertaken over the past two years.
The site is between the Warragul North Tennis Courts and St Pauls Anglican Grammar School Senior Gym at 150 Bowen Street, Warragul.
Barbeque will be provided.
Please bring your own gloves for planting.
RSVP to Karla Rutherford on 5624 2531 or via email.
