Skill Development Survey

The Baw Baw Shire Business Skills Development Survey is carried out on behalf of Council to assist in understanding what current skilled job shortages existed within the Shire, and what skill shortages are anticipated in the future.

The survey includes original research carried out on behalf of Council and involves development of the questionnaire based loosely on the VECCI business questionnaire and responses received by Council.

These documents are used by industry and training providers to develop strategies to address current and anticipated future skill shortages.
