Applying for a Planning Permit
In order to apply for a Planning Permit, you must provide the following:-
- a cover letter detailing your application
- a fully completed application form
- a title search obtained within the last 30 days including any covenants, caveats, Section 173 Agreements and the title plan
- payment of the applicable fee
- three copies of proposed site plans, floor plans and elevation plans. At least one set of these plans must be submitted in size A3.

Extend a Planning Permit that is due to expire
In order to extend a Planning Permit's expiry date, the Planning Permit must be still valid or expired for a period of no more than three months. To make application for this extension, you must provide the following:-
- a cover letter detailing the extension period proposed and justification as to why this extension is required
- a fully completed application form
- payment of the applicable fee
