Development Contributions Plan Levy (DCP)
The DCP was introduced on 22 May 2008 for new dwellings, residential subdivisions, industrial and business developments to assist Council with the cost of providing roads, drainage, open space and community infrastructure required to accommodate the needs of a growing population.
The Shire is broken into 48 Charge Areas and the amount payable varies according to the Charge Area in which the development or subdivision is located.
