Building Application Forms

 

The building department provides information relating to the issue of building permits, certificates, notices, orders and other information affecting a property. The information is primarily requested to form part of sale documents.

Information is also provided at the design stage and prior to the issue of building permits in relation to hazard zoning, storm water or Legal Point of Discharge and other matters affecting the construction of buildings within the municipality to ensure compliance with legislation.

As part of the statutory building control function, Council keeps Building Permit Registers of all building permits issued within the Shire. These registers are available for any member of the public to view during business hours.
